Delivery
1. Delivery and collection of goods
1.1. The Buyer may select one of the following
goods delivery methods:
1.1.1. By courier to the address provided by
the Buyer;
1.1.2. Collection from a store selected by the
Buyer.
1.2. Goods delivery terms:
1.2.2. In the case of delivery by courier, the
goods shall be delivered to the Buyer within 5 (five) working days after
receipt of payment for the Goods to the Seller’s account if the Buyer has
selected advance payment.
1.2.3. In the case of collection in a store,
the goods shall be ready for collection within 5 (five) working days after the
signature of the goods sale and purchase contract. Should the Seller expect
that the said period will be longer, the Seller shall inform the buyer.
1.3. Goods shall be delivered throughout the
territory of the Republic of Lithuania including Kuršių Nerija (at an
additional charge).
1.4. If the goods will be collected by a person
other than the Buyer, the Buyer shall specify full name of such person in the
order and the person shall produce a valid personal ID document and the order
number at collection.
1.5. Should the Buyer select the method of
delivery by courier, the Buyer shall specify an accurate delivery address in
the Online Store account and accept the goods at the time agreed with the
courier. The Buyer shall ensure that at such agreed delivery time the goods are
accepted at the specified delivery address by the Buyer or another person to whom
the Buyer has given the order number.
1.6. The Seller is not responsible for a delay
in the delivery of the goods due to the fault of third parties providing
delivery services.
1.7. The goods shall be collected by the Buyer
from a store during its opening hours indicated in the Contacts section of the
Online Store. The Buyer shall be informed that the goods are ready for
collection by email. The goods shall be collected no later than within 5 (five)
working days after the date of receipt of the email. Should the Buyer fail to
collected the goods within the said tern the Seller shall cancel the order
without a warning, terminate the sale and purchase contract and refund the
price for the goods to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) days according to a procedure
set out in these Rules.
1.8. If delivery of the goods is impossible due
to the Buyer‘s fault, the Seller may terminate the sale and purchase contract
without a warning. In such a case the Seller shall refund the price for the
goods to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) days upon deduction of the delivery
costs incurred by the Seller.
1.9. Should the Seller fail to fulfil any of
his obligations under these Rules, the Buyer shall be entitled to a unilateral
termination of the sale and purchase contract and claim payment of losses
arising from such failure to fulfil obligations by the Seller.
1.10. The goods delivery charge shall be
specified in the Terms of Delivery section of the Online Store and shall be
valid at the moment of placing the order. The final delivery price depends on
the weight of the goods and is shown after entering all order details.
1.11. The service of carrying goods up into the
flat/house is not provided.
1.12. If more than one goods items are ordered,
they may be delivered at a different times. The Buyer shall not be charged
additionally.
1.13. The Buyer shall be obliged to check the
condition of the consignment. The Buyer shall have the right to refuse to
accept the delivery if the packaging is damaged.
1.14. Should the Buyer make no claims within 14
(fourteen) days after the goods’ delivery moment, it shall be deemed that the
packaging is appropriate and the goods’ quantity and quality are in accordance
with the contract.
1.15. If the Buyer‘s shopping basket contains
at least one goods‘ item that the Seller is unable to deliver to the Buyer
within the time limit stated in the Rules, the Seller shall notify the Buyer
without delay by email or by phone using the details provided in the Buyer‘s
account, specifying the expected term of delivery. Should the Buyer disagree
with such different delivery term, the Buyer may renounce the order. In such a
case the Seller shall refund to the Buyer the amount paid under the order by
transferring the money to the bank account specified when ordering.
